Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your account in Dose Loop (用药有数) and what data will be removed or retained.

Delete Your Account In-App

    Open the Dose Loop App

    Make sure you have the app installed and open it on your device.

    Go to Settings

    Tap the Settings icon on the rightmost tab of the bottom navigation bar.

    Find "Delete Account"

    Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and tap Delete Account.

    Confirm Deletion

    Read the confirmation prompt and tap Confirm Delete. This action is irreversible — please ensure you understand your data will be permanently removed.

✓ Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be immediately and permanently deleted from the server, local cache will be cleared, and the app will reset to its initial state.

Can't Access the App? Request via Email

    Send an Email to the Developer

    Submit your account deletion request to:

    support@bohely.cn

    Include Required Information

    Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the following to help us locate your account:

    · Your device type (iOS / Android)
    · Approximate time period you used the app
    · Optional: the User ID shown in the app's Settings page

    Wait for Confirmation

    We will process your request within 7 business days and send you an email confirmation once completed.

Data Details

What Data Gets Deleted or Retained?

Account info (User ID, anonymous identifier) Deleted immediately Permanently removed from server upon account deletion
Medication data (name, type, dosage, schedule, etc.) Deleted immediately All medication plans and configuration you created
Dose records (taken, missed, skipped history) Deleted immediately All historical dose event records
Inventory data Deleted immediately Medication stock quantity information
Server access logs Retained up to 90 days Server logs used for security monitoring and troubleshooting. Contains no personally identifiable information and is automatically purged after 90 days.
⚠ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you need to keep a record of your medication history, please take screenshots or export data before deleting your account.
ℹ Dose Loop supports guest accounts. Under a guest account, the system does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other personally identifiable information. Your guest account is created automatically on first install — no registration required.
